Who I am

Claudia Rose is a sole trader trading as NourishU. I am responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, email claudia@nourishu.co.

Website visits and enquiries

This website provides information about my practice. It has no contact or mailing-list forms. Email links open your email application; no message is sent unless you send it.

If you email me, I use your contact details and the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss the support you are seeking. Email is handled through Microsoft Outlook.

Netlify hosts the website and may process technical information, such as IP addresses and page requests, to deliver and operate it.

Appointments and client information

Discovery-call links take you to Practice Better, where appointments are arranged separately. Clinical information and client records are managed through Practice Better, with further privacy information provided during the client intake process. I remain responsible for how I use your information; the provider’s privacy notice does not replace my responsibilities.

Reviews and external links

The website displays selected reviews publicly posted on Google. To request removal of your review from this website, please email me.

Booking, Google reviews, social media and Live Well with Lipoedema links lead to separate websites. Their own privacy and cookie notices apply when you visit them.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to its use, or receive a portable copy. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact me using the email above.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
